Do you have a passion for animals and enjoy working independently? Pawsome Diva is seeking reliable, compassionate, and responsible individuals to join our growing team as Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers serving clients throughout the Frederick area.
Responsibilities:

- Walk dogs of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels

- Provide in-home pet sitting services for dogs, cats, and other household pets

- Feed pets according to client instructions

- Provide companionship, exercise, and enrichment activities

- Administer basic pet care and monitor for health or behavioral concerns

- Send updates and photos to pet owners during visits

- Follow all client care instructions and company policies
Qualifications:

- Previous experience caring for animals (personal, volunteer, or professional experience welcome)

- Comfortable handling dogs of various sizes and temperaments

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

- Smartphone with internet access for scheduling and client communication

- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

- Availability for some weekends, holidays, and early morning/evening visits
